Our Production
We raise Wagyu cattle at the Sandalwood feedlot in Australia using traditional Hanwoo methods, delivering a distinctive sweet and savoury flavour.

Our goal is to produce Wagyu with exceptional flavour while striving for a healthier, happier and more sustainable planet.
How It Works
To help achieve our goal, we have partnered with CH4 Global to trial Methane Tamer™, a natural feed additive made from Asparagopsis seaweed which is proven to reduce methane emissions from feedlot cattle.
If Methane Tamer™ was fed to 10% of cattle worldwide, the climate benefit would be equivalent to removing 50–100 million combustion engine cars off the road.
